A "problem solver of the highest order," Jennifer Herring joined NHS in 2012 as the company's Vice President of Sales.  Stationed in the Las Vegas office, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise and a stellar reputation as the result of skills acquired through an illustrious career in hospitality spanning eighteen years. She gives the Chicago-based company their second western US presence, in addition to Scottsdale, Arizona.

The former Director of Sales at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has shifted her focus to providing enhanced sourcing and meeting management services and a level of service that previously wasn't possible for NHS. Jennifer's path to the company came via experience with some of the industry's leading hotel brands, including Hilton, Wyndam, Paris/Bally's/Flamingo, and Hyatt, where her career began. As Director of Sales at The Cosmopolitan, she assisted in the opening of the $3.9 billion property, and was directly responsible for the company's sales and marketing budget, forecasts, advertising, marketing and business plans, as well as the supervision of sales managers, trainees, and administrative assistants. This broad scope of responsibilities allowed Jennifer to hone an already formidable skill set, tools that she's eager to employ on this exciting endeavor.

Jennifer has lived in Las Vegas for 12 years, and is rooted in the spirit of community, with participation in the Latin Chamber of Commerce, Association Forum Chicagoland, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She also recently served as President of the Las Vegas Hospitality Association. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California at Davis. Jennifer and her husband are doting parents, with one daughter, Cameron, and another on the way in 2012.
